On August 21, 2024, devastating floods struck northeastern and southeastern Bangladesh following heavy rainfall and the release of water from a dam in India’s Tripura. The disaster severely affected 73 upazilas and 528 unions/municipalities across 11 districts, leaving thousands of families displaced and struggling for basic necessities.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, the employees of Smart AMI Company Ltd. came together to raise funds and provide direct support to the flood-affected communities. Demonstrating compassion and unity, team members personally visited the affected areas, distributing food, clean water, and essential relief materials to those in need.
